  2. Next, you commit to a daily sales activity goal, made up of existing customers and new prospects. Most participants choose a number that challenges them (average 6-8 per day).

  3. Then, every day for the duration of the Sales Challenge, you seek to hit or exceed that number, including phone calls and face-to-face meetings.

  4. We check in with you every day to ensure that you are doing the work, thus holding you accountable for the sales goal you set.
